Performance: Insanely Twisted Shadow Planet is designed to be run at or near 60 frames per second. As the framerate decreases, gameplay will slow down. If the game seems to be running slowly, try adjusting some of the advanced graphics settings in the menu to ensure a quality experience. * Shader Quality Changing the shader quality setting to 'Low' will cause the game to load faster but slightly lower-quality shaders compiled for Shader Model 2. It will also cause the game to use a simpler rendering pipeline that will be substantially faster on older graphics cards. Due to this simplified rendering pipeline, depth of field effects are not supported. If the game runs substantially faster at lower resolutions on your computer, consider switching the shader quality to 'Low' and leaving the resolution and antialiasing levels high. You will need to restart the game for any changes to this option to take effect. * Depth of Field Turning off depth of field may increase performance with older graphics cards. * Resolution Lowering the game's resolution may increase performance. * Full Screen Running the game in full-screen mode may increase performance. * Antialiasing Reducing the anti-aliasing level to 'None' will increase performance. However, anti-aliasing contributes significantly to the game's aesthetics, so consider changing the Shader Quality to 'Low' first. * Texture Detail If you have a graphics card with a low amount of VRAM, consider switching Texture Detail to 'Low'. On most graphics cards, the Texture Detail option will have little to no impact on performance so consider changing the other options first. You will need to restart the game for any changes to this option to take effect.
